In this complimentary session, we will cover the basics of Life Planning including

1-Long-term planning for participants and caregivers
2-Strategies and help with state, federal, and community financial planning
3-Customized individual and family adult advocacy and transition planning

During this session, you will hear from experienced leaders from Leahy Life Plan, family members, caregivers, and agency staff. We aim to provide valuable information regarding how you and your family can get started on a plan that fits your family’s needs— and bring you comfort in knowing that your loved one will be taken care of should unforeseen circumstances create the need.
