To ensure affordable, high-quality advocacy services are accessible to families throughout the region, The Arc of Philadelphia is extending its services to families in Delaware County.

Since its inception in 1948, The Arc of Philadelphia has provided support services to families, helping them protect the rights of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through consultation and training, the staff assists individuals with disabilities and their families to gain access to support services that help promote inclusion and independence.

Philadelphia, PA SpArc Services is pleased to announce that it has been approved by the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) for a Challenge America award of $10,000. This grant will support the Cultural Arts Center at SpArc Services and ensure that adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities have access and opportunity in the performing arts.
