Since its inception in 1948, The Arc of Philadelphia has provided support services to families, helping them protect the rights of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through consultation and training, the staff assists individuals with disabilities and their families to gain access to support services that help promote inclusion and independence.

Philadelphia, PA SpArc Services is pleased to announce that it has been approved by the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) for a Challenge America award of $10,000.
