We offer a variety of employment programs that meet individuals where they are and help them achieve what they want to achieve. Each person involved in one of our programs collaboratively creates a customized plan that is right for them.  

Supported employment provides job seekers a unique and fully customized work readiness experience. Using the Discovery and Customized Employment processes, staff members meet with the individual and their entire team to develop an employment plan that is right for the specific person. Staff are highly trained in helping match skills and interests with potential career choices, and working collaboratively with the individual and their team, ensure that the level of support and the job match is ideal. On-the-job coaching is provided to ensure employment success.

Employment Partners delivers a well-balanced approach to preparing for, obtaining, and retaining competitive employment. This is carried out by administering a vocational evaluation and providing skills training, job placement, and job coaching.

Individual plans are created and implemented for each person. On-the-job support services are available for ensuring workplace success for as long as an individual needs support.

PennDOT

Through our partnership with UniqueSource Products and Services, we are able to help facilitate career opportunities at area PennDOT Driver’s License Centers. Career opportunities as photo license technicians or janitorial staff are available. These competitive jobs are open to people of all abilities and offer flexible work schedules.
